Using social to promote a business isn’t anything new. Yet as Social moved from word of mouth to digital with millions of people accessing social media not only on their desktop computers, but on their smartphones, it has become a critical part of every business marketing plan to not only monitor social media to find out what people are saying about your business and its services or products, but to also engage with your current and potential customers in near real-time. In this workshop you will learn how to identify where your audience is talking about your industry and if and how you should engage with them there.
